The first thing to do is to make sure your computer is connected to the router (either hardwired or wirelessly). A wide variety of issues can cause your computer to lose link with the router. Refer to the troubleshooting guide of your router to determine connectivity.
If your computer is connected to your router, but you are still unable to access the internet, check the status screen of your router to determine whether or not the router is connected to the Skynet radio. Once again, refer to the documentation for your router for instructions on accessing the status page.
If router does not show connection to the Skynet radio, the easiest thing to do is to reboot both the router and the radio. First, locate the Skynet power adaptor (black transformer with a green light plugged into one of your electrical outlets). Unplug the power adaptor, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Wait approximately 1 minute. Unplug your router, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in. After another minute or so, check your internet connectivity again.
